Job summary

RTX in Marlborough, MA, is seeking a Principal Systems Engineer to support Naval Radar programs. Onsite role requiring DoD Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship; you will drive performance, integrate hardware and software, and lead cross-functional teams to resolve complex system issues.

You will develop test plans, analyze data, and collaborate across disciplines while traveling up to 50% to various RTX sites and customers. A STEM degree and 8+ years of experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of eight (8) years of prior relevant experience.
• Experience integrating military systems in software, systems hardware, systems requirements, systems integration, or systems test.
• Engineering leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to drive performance improvements and resolve system issues.
• Travel as needed (up to 50%) to support mission execution at various locations.
• Develop and implement test plans, procedures, integration and verification documentation.
