Job summary

RTX is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer for an onsite role in Woburn, MA. You will support Naval Radar programs, working across hardware, software, and networking disciplines to identify issues and implement solutions.

The role requires a STEM degree and 5+ years of experience in systems hardware, integration, or testing, with ability to obtain DoD clearance. Travel, collaboration, and detailed documentation are key parts of the job.

Qualifications

• Degree in STEM with 5+ years of relevant systems experience.
• Experience in hardware, integration, or system test.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Responsibilities

• Travel up to 50% to support mission execution at RTX facilities, test sites, vendor facilities, and customer locations.
• Develop and implement test plans, procedures, integration, and verification documentation in simulated and real environments.
• Troubleshoot and analyze hardware, software, and system issues through data analysis and debugging.
• Integrate hardware and software into tactical systems and evaluate functionality and impact.
• Collaborate across functions to drive performance improvements and resolve system issues.
• Document integration plans, analyze data, verify requirements and communicate results to leadership.
