Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking an experienced professional to support OPNAV N96, focusing on force levels, shipboard requirements, and major weapons programs for naval systems. The role requires on-site work at the Pentagon and an active DoD Secret clearance.

You will develop process maps, manage logistics, and provide program oversight with DoD policies. The successful candidate will bring 5 years of naval combat systems experience, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree required or 4 years of additional experience in lieu of degree.
• 5 years of naval combat systems experience or related policy/program guidance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain process maps and playbooks for planning, programming, and budgeting of naval weapons systems.
• Identify and manage logistics resources for maintenance and spares for surface ship systems.
• Monitor programs and report on progress and resourcing.
• Generate metrics and track internal/external taskers.
• Maintain liaison with branch leadership and participate in interagency meetings.
