Job summary

Serco is seeking an Experienced Financial Systems Analyst to support NAVSEA SEA 04 at the Navy Yard in Washington, D.C. The role focuses on collecting, analyzing, and consolidating budget data, ensuring accuracy of IT requirements in FYDP, and preparing financial briefing materials for leadership.

Candidates must be eligible for a DoD Interim Secret clearance, be a US citizen, and bring 5 years of financial/management experience with Navy ERP and strong PowerPoint/Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Must hold US citizenship and be able to transfer/maintain interim DoD clearance.
• Bachelor's degree required; additional associates or high school with experience considered in lieu.
• 5 years of experience in a financial or management discipline.
• Experience with Navy ERP and creating presentations using PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze and consolidate budget data for SEA 04.
• Capture, validate and submit IT requirements in FYDP.
• Prepare CFO meeting materials and meeting minutes.
• Serve as liaison between SEA 04 program offices and NEPS.
• Analyze SEA 04 financial execution and support leadership decisions.
• Maintain unfunded requirements tracker and COB budget sheets.
• Prepare budget justification documents and narratives.
