Serco is seeking an HM&E Systems Engineer to support U.S. Navy surface ships under the PAE Maritime contract. You will provide technical oversight, lifecycle management, and readiness analysis across gas turbine propulsion, heating and ventilating systems, and related equipment.

The role requires coordination with Navy and contractor stakeholders, developing technical documentation, and contributing to modernization efforts while ensuring safety and mission readiness.

Competenze

• Active DoW Secret security clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years naval shipboard experience with alternative.
• Experience with U.S. Navy surface ships and fleet readiness.

Mansioni

• Provide technical support for HM&E systems on US Navy surface ships.
• Coordinate with Navy stakeholders to resolve HM&E issues.
• Prepare technical reports, briefings, and status updates.
