Serco is seeking a Hull, Mechanical and Electrical (HM&E) Systems Engineer to support U.S. Navy Surface Ships under the PAE Maritime contract. You will deliver technical support, lifecycle oversight, and readiness assessments to ensure fleet performance and sailor safety.

The role requires DoW Secret clearance, a STEM degree or equivalent naval experience, and ability to travel up to 10%. Collaboration with Navy and contractor teams will be frequent to address advisories and maintenance actions.

Qualifications

• Active DoW Secret security clearance is required.

• Prepare machinery and propulsion systems directives; review gas turbine propulsion installations and related equipment.
