Job summary

Qualifications

• Active DoW Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent naval shipboard experience.
• Experience with U.S. Navy surface ships desirable.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for HM&E systems across U.S. Navy surface ships.
• Collaborate with Navy Technical Community and Serco SMEs.
• Develop technical briefs, dashboards, and readiness tracking products.
• Coordinate with NAVSEA and other stakeholders to resolve HM&E issues.
• Review drawings, specifications, and perform calculations for ship configurations.
