Job summary

Serco is seeking an Experienced Financial Systems Analyst to support NAVSEA SEA 04. The role is onsite at the Navy Yard in Washington, D.C., and requires ability to transfer and maintain a DoD Interim Secret clearance.

You will analyze budgets, track unfunded requirements, and prepare financial materials for CFO-level review. You will coordinate across program offices, ensure compliance with NAVSEA policies, and support annual COB and budget submissions.

Qualifications

• Requires Interim DoD Secret clearance transfer/maintenance.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Bachelor's degree required; alternatives acceptable with experience.
• Experience: 5 years in financial or management discipline.
• Experience with Navy ERP and DoD financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and consolidate POM program briefs into a POM Notebook; create SEA 04 funding summaries.
• Capture, validate, and submit IT requirements for FYDP; ensure accuracy before compliance sign-off.
• Support CFO meetings; develop and deliver meeting minutes.
• Liaise between SEA 04 program offices and NEPS project office; maintain site communications.
• Analyze SEA 04 financial execution; assist with budget plans and funding actions.
• Maintain unfunded requirements tracker; coordinate with program offices to mitigate shortfalls.
