Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking an Experienced Financial Systems Analyst to support NAVSEA SEA 04 at the Navy Yard, Washington D.C. on-site, with a requirement to obtain and maintain a DoD Interim Secret clearance. The role focuses on financial execution, budget planning, and coordination with SEA 04 officials and NEPS project offices.

You will prepare POM briefs, monitor COB and unfunded requirements, and support CFO meetings with accurate financial data and presentations.

Qualifications

• Interim DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain
• U.S. citizenship
• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination as stated
• 5 years of experience in financial or management discipline
• Experience with Navy financial systems and reporting

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze and consolidate POM program briefs into a briefing notebook.
• Capture, validate and submit IT requirements in FYDP.
• Support CFO meetings with BFM community and develop minutes.
• Liaise between SEA 04 offices and NEPS project office; communicate with SAMs.
• Analyze SEA 04 financial execution and prepare budget-related materials.
