Job summary

Serco is seeking an Experienced Financial Systems Analyst to support NAVSEA SEA 04. The on-site role at the Navy Yard (Washington DC) requires interim DoD clearance and U.S. citizenship.

You will manage POM briefs, IT budget requirements, and CFO communications, collaborating with SEA 04 and NEPS teams to drive financial execution and governance. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in financial/management disciplines, experience with PBIS/COBRA/MOCAS, and proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel for

Qualifications

• Must be able to transfer/maintain an Interim DoD Secret or DoD Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree required; additional Associates degree or 4 years experience considered in lieu.

Responsibilities

• Assist in collecting, analyzing and consolidating POM program briefs and prepare summaries for SEA 04.
• Capture, validate and submit IT requirements throughout the FYDP for budget cycles.
• Develop meeting minutes for CFO meetings and liaise between SEA 04 program offices and NEPS project office.
