Job summary

Serco is seeking an Experienced Financial Systems Analyst to support NAVSEA SEA 04 at the Navy Yard in Washington, DC. The role requires transferring and maintaining an Interim DoD Secret clearance and coordination with SEA 04 leadership on budget analysis and IT requirements.

Responsibilities include preparing POM briefs, financial summaries, CFO meeting materials, and COB tracking, with close collaboration with program offices and NEPS. On-site work is required, with travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Security clearance required and ability to maintain interim DoD level clearance.
• U.S. citizenship and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent substitutions.
• Experience with Navy ERP and strong PowerPoint/Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and consolidate POM briefs; prepare financial summaries.
• Capture, validate, and submit IT requirements across FYDP with oversight.
• Prepare CFO meeting minutes and briefings; support leadership with data.
• Serve as liaison between SEA 04 program offices and NEPS.
• Analyze SEA 04 financial execution and track COB/COB budgeting.
• Prepare budget justification documents and monitor execution and burn rates.
• Develop budget planning materials and support program offices with funding.
• Ensure compliance with NAVSEA/DOD policies and audit readiness.
