Job summary

VSolvit LLC seeks an experienced Financial Systems Analyst 2 to support NSWC PHD with an active Secret clearance. This full-time onsite role emphasizes detailed financial analysis, budget preparation and execution, funds tracking and allocation, and related services.

The position requires strong MS Excel skills, the ability to work independently, and clear written communication. U.S. citizenship is required; naval/government experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business or related field with 3+ years of directly related experience.
• In lieu of degree, 5 years hands-on Navy financial and administrative systems experience.
• 3-5 years experience in financial and quantitative analysis, MS Office Suite (especially Excel)
• Knowledge or experience in the DoD or Government environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide detailed financial analysis and budgeting support for multiple branches, divisions, and projects.
• Develop and present budget analyses and recommendations to management.
• Create and run reports and reconcile financial data within DON-approved systems.
• Coordinate with departments to gather supporting documents for funds management.
• Maintain and update logs and spreadsheets and assist with data calls.
