Qualifications

These efforts require engagement with and reporting to NAVSEA, OPNAV, Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), Financial Management Branch (FMB), Research Development and Acquisition (RDA) and Congressional office representatives.

• Demonstrated excellence in written and oral communications skills.
• Proficient with MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Active DoD Secret Clearance.
