Job summary

Nakupuna Consulting seeks a Business Financial Management Analyst in Washington, DC to support NAVSEA 04 with financial analysis, budgeting, and program execution oversight. You will consolidate POM briefs, track funding lines, and ensure IT budgets align with program goals, under SEA 04 leadership.

Required are DoD financial process knowledge, Navy ERP/COBRA/PBIS/EDW experience, and strong Excel skills. This is a full-time, on-site role at the Washington Navy Yard.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate possesses expertise and experience in financial analysis.
• Familiarity with DoD financial processes and related tools is required.
• Experience with Navy ERP, COBRA, PBIS or EDW is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in collecting, analyzing and consolidating POM program briefs into a POM notebook.
• Identify funding lines and display in a SEA 04 Financial Summary document.
• Capture, validate and submit IT requirements throughout the FYDP.
• Review financial aspects of IT budgets for accuracy before sign-off.
• Support CFO meetings and liaise between program offices and NAVSEA NEPS.
