Job summary

Serco is seeking a Project Administrator in the Newport, Rhode Island area to support engineering, maintenance, and lifecycle management of autonomous underwater vehicles. You will work with government leads and engineering teams to ensure mission success while maintaining fiscal oversight.

The role requires an active DoW Secret clearance, U.S. citizenship, and a relevant bachelor's degree with 2 years of Navy-related experience.

Qualifications

• Active DoW Secret security clearance required.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Bachelor's degree in Management or Accounting (or related discipline).
• 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience supporting U.S. Navy projects is preferred.
• Familiarity with marine operations and at-sea deployment environments.
• Basic knowledge of accounting, inventory, and government contracts.
• Strong writing, documentation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to operate in dynamic, mission-driven environments.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute logistics support for AUV test and evaluation missions and related objectives.
• Suggest workflow and AUV operation improvements.
• Maintain project spending and financial analysis for government systems.
• Manage inventory and tracking of purchased parts and equipment.
• Provide periodic status reports and presentations to program leadership.
• Interface with government leads, range personnel, and engineering teams.
• Ensure compliance with NAVSEA, NUWC, and range safety requirements.
