Job summary

EDC seeks a traveling Superintendent to oversee all phases of construction on diverse projects across the United States, ensuring safety, schedule, and quality while collaborating with the Project Manager and Project Coordinator.

This role requires 5+ years of heavy construction experience, Procore knowledge, leadership, and the ability to manage subcontractors; offers competitive pay, ownership potential after five years, and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience on ground-up construction projects.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
• Procore and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Ability to meet physical requirements (lift 50 lbs).
• Must be authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily on-site supervision including safety oversight.
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure quality and schedule.
• Document progress and communicate with project team and clients.
• Develop and maintain a 3–5 week look-ahead schedule.
• Read, enforce project plans, and coordinate inspections.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
