Job summary

Sevan Multi-Site Solutions is seeking experienced Traveling Superintendents to lead field operations on commercial and government projects across the United States. The role requires overseeing ADA/accessibility scopes, concrete work, and coordinating subcontractors to ensure schedule adherence.

Expect 90-100% nationwide travel. Candidates should have 7+ years of construction experience, including 3+ years as a Superintendent, with Procore and scheduling software proficiency.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of construction experience with 3+ years as a Superintendent for a General Contractor
• Experience managing commercial construction projects
• OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain)
• First Aid/CPR certification (or ability to obtain)
• Experience with field operations leadership and coordination

Responsibilities

• Oversee all onsite construction activities and field operations
• Direct subcontractors, vendors, and field crews to maintain productivity and progress
• Develop and manage short-term look-ahead schedules aligned with the master project schedule
• Enforce safety policies and OSHA compliance, conduct daily safety meetings and site inspections
• Manage subcontractor performance, scope execution, and schedule adherence
• Maintain daily reports and communicate field updates to the Project Manager
• Coordinate punch lists, inspections, and project turnover
