Sevan Multi-Site Solutions seeks experienced Traveling Superintendents to lead field operations on commercial and government projects across the United States. You will oversee safety, subcontractor coordination, scheduling, and project execution from groundbreaking through closeout.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in construction with 3+ years as a GC Superintendent, and experience with ADA/accessibility and concrete work. 90–100% travel required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of construction experience with progressive responsibilities.
• 3+ years as a Superintendent for a General Contractor.
• Willingness to travel 90–100% nationwide and oversee ADA/concrete scopes.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite field operations and manage subcontractors, vendors, and crews.
• Develop short-term look-ahead schedules aligned with the master schedule.
• Enforce safety policies, conduct daily safety meetings, and ensure OSHA compliance.
