Job summary

Sevan Multi-Site Solutions, Inc. seeks an experienced Traveling Superintendent to lead field operations on commercial and government projects across the United States.

You will oversee safety, scheduling, subcontractor coordination and project execution from groundbreaking through closeout. Ideal candidates have ADA scope experience, concrete construction, and strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction or related field preferred.
• 7+ years of construction experience with GC supervision.
• Experience managing commercial/public-sector projects and ADA scopes.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, safety, and subcontractor coordination.
• Procore, MS Office, and scheduling software proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onsite construction activities and field operations.
• Direct subcontractors, vendors, and field crews to maintain progress.
• Develop and manage look-ahead schedules aligned with master plan.
• Enforce safety policies, OSHA compliance, and daily safety meetings.
• Ensure work meets plans, specs, and quality standards.
• Manage subcontractor performance, coordination, and issues.
• Maintain daily reports and assist with RFIs and change orders.
• Support punch lists, final inspections, and as-builts.
