Job summary

Sevan Multi-Site Solutions is seeking experienced Traveling Superintendents to lead field operations on commercial and government/public-sector construction projects across the United States. This role oversees jobsite safety, subcontractor coordination, scheduling, and project execution from groundbreaking through closeout.

Knowledge of ADA/accessibility scopes and concrete work is preferred. The position requires 90-100% nationwide travel and leads teams to maintain schedules, quality, and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's preferred in Construction Management or related field.
• 7+ years construction experience, including 3+ years as a Superintendent for a General Contractor.
• Experience managing commercial construction projects and coordinating with subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite field operations and supervise project activities.
• Develop and manage short-term look-ahead schedules and coordinate deliveries.
• Enforce OSHA safety policies; conduct daily safety meetings and site inspections.
• Perform regular jobsite walkthroughs and inspections for quality control.
• Manage subcontractor performance, scope execution, and schedule adherence.
• Maintain daily reports and communicate updates to the Project Manager.
• Assist with RFIs, change orders, and field directives; support project closeout.
