Sevan Multi-Site Solutions seeks experienced Traveling Superintendents to lead field operations on commercial and government projects across the United States. Expect 90-100% nationwide travel, overseeing safety, scheduling, and project execution from groundbreaking through closeout.

Candidates should have ADA/accessibility scope experience and concrete construction, with 7+ years of construction and 3+ years as a superintendent. Procore and MS Project/Primavera experience preferred.

Formación

• 7+ years of construction experience, including 3+ years as a Superintendent for a General Contractor
• Experience leading field operations on commercial and government projects
• Strong scheduling, coordination, and safety leadership
• Familiarity with ADA/accessibility scopes and concrete construction
• OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain) and First Aid/CPR certification (or ability to obtain)
• Proficiency with Procore and MS Project or Primavera P6

Responsabilidades

• Lead onsite construction activities and field operations
• Direct subcontractors, vendors, and field crews to maintain productivity and progress
• Develop and manage short-term look-ahead schedules aligned with the master project schedule
• Coordinate material deliveries, equipment, and labor to maintain workflow
• Enforce company safety policies and OSHA compliance
• Ensure work is performed according to plans, specs, and quality standards
• Maintain daily reports and assist with RFIs, change orders, and field directives
• Manage punch list, site demobilization, and project turnover
