Job summary

Sevan Multi-Site Solutions is seeking experienced Traveling Superintendents to lead field operations on commercial and government/public-sector construction projects across the United States. This role requires 90-100% nationwide travel and oversight of safety, scheduling, and quality from groundbreaking through closeout.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years of construction experience (3+ as a Superintendent), with strong knowledge of scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and ADA/accessibility

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
• 7+ years of construction experience, including 3+ years as a Superintendent for a General Contractor
• Experience managing commercial construction projects and coordinating field operations
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination
• Procore, Microsoft Office, and scheduling software (MS Project or Primavera P6) proficiency
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain) and First Aid/CPR certification (or ability to obtain)
• GC license or LEED experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead Field Operations: oversee all onsite construction activities and field operations
• Scheduling & Coordination: develop look-ahead schedules and coordinate material, equipment, and labor
• Safety Leadership: enforce safety policies, conduct daily safety meetings, and site inspections
• Quality Control: ensure work meets plans, specs, and quality standards with regular inspections
• Subcontractor Management: manage subcontractor performance, scope execution, and schedule adherence
• Project Documentation: maintain daily reports and assist with RFIs, change orders, and directives
• Project Closeout: manage punch list, demobilization, and final documentation
