Job summary

Sevan Multi-Site Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to lead field operations on commercial and government/public-sector construction projects across the United States.

The role oversees safety, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and project execution from groundbreaking through closeout, with a focus on ADA/accessibility scopes and concrete work. 90-100% travel nationwide; on-site work at project locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
• 7+ years of construction experience, including 3+ years as a Superintendent for a General Contractor.
• Experience managing commercial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination.
• Experience with Procore, Microsoft Office, and construction scheduling software (MS Project or Primavera P6 preferred).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain).
• First Aid / CPR certification (or ability to obtain).
• General Contractor license or LEED experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all onsite construction activities and field operations.
• Direct subcontractors, vendors, and field crews to maintain productivity and progress.
• Develop and manage short-term look-ahead schedules aligned with the master project schedule.
• Coordinate material deliveries, equipment, and labor to maintain workflow.
• Enforce company safety policies and OSHA compliance.
• Perform regular jobsite walkthroughs and inspections; coordinate inspections and quality control.
• Manage subcontractor performance, scope execution, and schedule adherence.
• Maintain daily reports including manpower, progress, weather, and safety updates; assist with RFIs and change orders.
• Manage punch list completion and final inspections; support delivery of as-builts and manuals.
