Job summary

Manatal seeks a self-motivated Service Dispatcher to join our Bentonville, AR & Lowell, AR team. You will coordinate nationwide service tickets, communicate with field staff and project managers, and keep project files organized.

This role offers temp-to-hire or 3-month temporary assignments with multiple shift options. Responsibilities include tracking deliverables, assisting with scheduling and billing entries, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred.
• Experience in dispatch or scheduling in a technical environment preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong data entry skills.
• Typing speed at least 40 WPM.
• Knowledge of structured cabling, fiber, or site work is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch service tickets to field technicians nationwide.
• Maintain communication with field staff, technicians, and project managers.
• Track deliverables, project documentation, and certificates of insurance.
• Assist with scheduling, billing entries, and administrative workflows.
• Maintain detailed and organized digital project files.
