Responsibilities

• Coordinate equipment rental requests for project teams nationwide.
• Source rental equipment and obtain pricing, availability, and delivery information from vendors.
• Schedule equipment deliveries, transfers, and pickups.
• Maintain accurate equipment rental records, documentation, and contract information.
• Verify rental invoices, billing information, and equipment utilization data.
• Track rental costs and assist with cost analysis and reporting.
• Enter and update information within company databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems.
• Communicate regularly with project managers, vendors, and internal stakeholders regarding equipment needs and rental status.
• Monitor active rentals to ensure timely returns and minimize unnecessary costs.
• Generate reports and provide administrative support related to equipment management initiatives.
• Assist with process improvements and reporting tools that enhance operational efficiency.
