Job summary

Progress Residential, L.P. is seeking a Workforce Development Trainer to deliver Progress Residential University’s Technical Skills Academy and related programs to our front-line employees.

The role requires frequent travel (50%–75%) and, when not traveling, is office-based with extended desk work. You will develop curricula, provide SME guidance, collaborate with Service Managers and market leaders, test learning technologies, gather data, and communicate training effectiveness to meet current

Qualifications

• 6+ years’ experience in general trades, HVAC, construction and maintenance.
• Ability to describe technical concepts clearly to varied audiences.
• Flexible to deliver training in classroom, virtual, on-the-job formats.
• Experience measuring training effectiveness with data.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Canva for content creation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Progress Residential University’s Technical Skills Academy and related programs to front-line employees.
• Develop curricula aligned with training best practices.
• Collaborate with Service Managers and market leaders to identify learning needs.
• Evaluate training programs and analyze impact to improve outcomes.
• Travel 50–75% of the time; office-based with extended desk work when not traveling.
