Progress Residential is seeking a Workforce Development Trainer to deliver Progress Residential University’s Technical Skills Academy and other programs for front-line employees. Travel 50-75%; when not traveling, the role is office-based with extended desk work.

You will develop and deliver a range of training formats to build knowledge and competency across markets. The ideal candidate has 6+ years in trades and learning & development, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to

Formación

• 6+ years’ experience in general trades, HVAC, construction and maintenance.
• Knowledge of adult learning theories and learning and development best practices.
• Experience implementing instructional materials in a variety of media.
• Flexible to deliver training in classroom, virtual, on-the-job and asynchronous formats.
• Ability to describe technical concepts in an easily understandable way.
• Technical aptitude with learning technologies and tools supporting training activities.
• Experience demonstrating effectiveness of learning solutions through measurement and reporting.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with MS Office, Canva, and related tech.
• Energetic, enthusiastic and proactive in creating innovative programs and driving national outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate skill-based curriculums to support frontline employees.
• Provide SME input in developing training content aligned with best practices.
• Build relationships with Service Managers and market leaders to identify learning needs.
• Evaluate training programs and learners' performance; suggest improvements.
• Test learning technologies to boost engagement and talent development.
• Gather and analyze learning data; report training effectiveness.
