Job summary

JE Dunn Construction seeks a traveling Superintendent 2 to plan, manage and execute complex projects nationwide. You will oversee safety, subcontractors, materials and equipment, ensuring timely, profitable project completion with leadership support from the Project Manager.

Responsibilities include coordinating field operations, leading meetings, maintaining documentation, and managing budgets and change orders across assigned projects. Travel up to 100%.

Qualifications

• Autonomy to make decisions within defined limits of authority.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Proven ability to manage projects, schedules and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Leads all aspects of the company's safety culture and ensures an injury-free environment.
• Manages subcontractors, staff, and project programs (Safety, Quality, EEO).
• Develops work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Coordinates site care, custody and control; manages project schedule and cost reporting.
• Participates in project meetings and closeouts; supports pursuit and buy-out activities.
