Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Superintendent 2 to plan, manage and execute complex projects with full-time travel across the country. You will oversee material, equipment, people, documentation, and budget to meet goals and ensure profitable completion, supporting JE Dunn’s strategy and values.

This role emphasizes safety leadership, coordination of field operations, and collaboration with owners, architects, and vendors.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; degree preferred for advancement.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field preferred.
• Experience in safety leadership and field operations is valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and ensure injury-free project site operations.
• Manage subcontractors, staff, suppliers and program alignment.
• Develop work plans, coordinate site care and project logistics.
• Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets and cost reports.
• Lead meetings and communicate progress to owners and design team.
• Support project closeouts and pursue additional opportunities.
