Job summary

JE Dunn Construction in the United States is seeking a Superintendent 2 to plan, manage and execute on assigned projects with some complexity. The role requires traveling full-time to project sites across the country and may relocate.

You will oversee material, equipment, people management, documentation, and ensure on-time, profitable project completion. You will lead safety culture, manage subcontractors, and coordinate meetings, budgets, and schedules.

Qualifications

• 5+ years construction experience.
• 3+ years field supervision experience.
• Experience with Lean principles (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Leads safety culture and creates awareness by modeling injury-free practices.
• Manages subcontractors and organizes overall job workflow.
• Oversees staff, subcontractors, suppliers and programs (Safety, Quality, EEO).
• Develops work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Coordinates site care, custody and control; leads meetings and reports.
