Job summary

Lemartec Corporation, part of MasTec's Clean Energy and Infrastructure segment, seeks an Electrical Senior Project Manager to lead a team of PMs, APMs, and superintendents on diverse infrastructure projects across the United States.

You will travel up to 100% and oversee pre-construction, risk mitigation, subcontractor negotiations, and ongoing client relations to ensure quality, schedule adherence, and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction; 5 years of additional relevant experience.
• Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing Project manager experience
• 10 to 20 years of experience as a Project manager on commercial and industrial projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers to deliver results.
• Develop contingency plans to mitigate risks.
• Manage subcontractor relations and procurement.
• Ensure project quality control and client satisfaction.
• Lead pre-construction/RFP package with estimating.
