Lemartec Corporation is seeking an Electrical Senior Project Manager to lead a team of project managers, assistant project managers and superintendents, delivering complex infrastructure projects. This executive role requires strategic oversight to identify, propose, close, and manage construction projects.

The position involves traveling across the US up to 100% of the time. MasTec's Clean Energy & Infrastructure segment supports growth with strong benefits and national presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction.
• 10 to 20 years of experience as a Project Manager on commercial and industrial projects.
• Familiarity with local specifications and reading blueprints.
• Proficiency in planning, scheduling and production using P6 or MS Project; MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers to deliver results.
• Develop contingency plans and manage risk on critical paths.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and owners for project success.
• Ensure subcontractor coordination and change orders meet policy.
• Build relationships with clients and internal departments to win work.
• Deliver high-quality results while maximizing profit and client satisfaction.
