Job summary

JE Dunn Construction seeks a Traveling Project Director- Aviation to lead and direct nationwide aviation programs. The role requires strong leadership, client relationship management, and risk control across all lifecycle phases.

Expect travel across the United States and collaboration with executive leadership to meet project and financial targets. Ideal candidates have 15+ years in construction management, 5+ years in people leadership, and experience running 75M+ aviation projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• 15+ years construction management experience (Preferred).
• 5+ years people management experience (Required).
• Demonstrated success in leading multiple large projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and leadership for the project lifecycle across all phases.
• Lead safety culture and incident investigations to ensure an injury-free environment.
• Manage client relationships and risk while driving contractual obligations and fee improvements.
• Oversee preconstruction discussions and develop schedules, contingencies and staffing plans.
• Support and promote diversity and inclusion within JE Dunn.
