Job summary

JE Dunn Construction Company is seeking a Traveling General Superintendent- Aviation to lead complex aviation construction programs across the United States. You will manage field teams, subcontractors, safety programs, and schedule to meet project goals while upholding JE Dunn’s standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating with owners, design teams and authorities, directing self-perform work where applicable, and ensuring quality and cost control on multi-site aviation projects nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field (Preferred).
• 12+ years construction experience.
• 10+ years field supervision experience.
• Must have experience leading 100M+ Aviation projects.

Responsibilities

• Leads safety culture and manages subcontractors and workflow.
• Manages project team, schedule and budget.
• Oversees subcontractors, suppliers, QA/QC for a major project.
• Coordinates and leads OAC meetings and standups.
• Manages site care, custody and control of project.
• Supports project closeouts and POs for changes.
• Leads talent recruitment and promotes inclusion.
