Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• 15+ years construction management experience.
• 5+ years people management experience.
• Must have experience running 75M+ Aviation projects.

Responsibilities

• Provides direction and leadership for the project lifecycle from start to finish.
• Leads safety culture and ensures injury-free environment.
• Supports strategy development and company-wide initiatives.
• Oversees project and schedule reviews to meet contractual obligations.
• Manages subcontractor strategy and relationships to meet targets.
