Job summary

The Project Director at JE Dunn Construction will provide leadership across all phases of the project lifecycle, aligning operations with strategy, financial targets, and client expectations. You will lead safety culture, risk management, and critical stakeholder relationships while driving preconstruction and execution excellence for large-scale programs.

This role requires strong collaboration with subcontractors, disciplined budgeting, schedule oversight, and the ability to mentor and develop

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• 15+ years construction management experience (Preferred).
• 5+ years people management experience (Required).
• Demonstrated success leading multiple large or complex projects and/or multiple teams (Required).
• Must have experience running 75M+ Aviation projects.

Responsibilities

• Provides direction and leadership for the assigned project across all phases of the lifecycle.
• Leads safety culture and investigates incidents; mentors staff and implements corrective action.
• Assists senior management with strategy development and company-wide initiatives.
• Provides strategic direction to team members within broader client relationship strategy.
• Manages project risk assessments and escalates risks to provide visibility and mitigation.
