Travel throughout the United States is a core aspect of the position, with leadership across client relationships and subcontractor strategy. Ideal candidates will bring extensive aviation project experience, senior-level strategic oversight, and a proven track record in complex project

Qualifications

• 15+ years construction management experience
• 5+ years people management experience
• Demonstrated success in leading complex projects
• Experience running 75M+ Aviation projects
• Willingness to travel occasionally

Responsibilities

• Provides direction and leadership for the assigned project across all phases of the lifecycle.
• Leads safety culture and implements corrective actions.
• Supports strategy development and company-wide initiatives.
• Provides strategic direction to team members on project lifecycle.
• Serves as primary client relationship executive at leadership level.
• Manages project risks, change orders and contingencies.
• Develops subcontractor strategy and selection processes.
• Leads preconstruction discussions with clients at leadership level.
• Oversees project and schedule review throughout lifecycle.
• Ensures staffing aligns with commitments and schedules.
• Engages in community and industry relationship building.
