Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field
• 15+ years construction management experience (Preferred)
• 5+ years people management experience (Required)
• Demonstrated success in leading multiple large or complex projects and teams

Responsibilities

• Provides direction and leadership for the project across all phases of the lifecycle.
• Leads safety culture and implements corrective action.
• Supports strategy development and company-wide initiatives.
• Provides strategic direction to team members for project lifecycle.
• Manages client relationships at leadership level to build opportunities.
• Manages project risks and resolves issues including change orders.
• Develops subcontractor strategy and selects qualified partners.
• Leads preconstruction discussions with clients.
• Oversees project and schedule reviews to meet contractual obligations.
• Manages staffing and resources to meet commitments.
• Engages in community and industry relationship building and promotes inclusion.
