Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• 15+ years construction management experience (Preferred).
• 5+ years people management experience (Required).
• Must have experience running 75M+ Aviation projects.

Responsibilities

• Provides direction and leadership for the project lifecycle and strategic planning.
• Leads safety culture and investigates incidents.
• Supports strategy development and company-wide initiatives.
• Manages client relationships and risk planning.
• Oversees subcontractor strategy and preconstruction discussions.
