Job summary

Progress Residential, LLC is seeking a Traveling Workforce Development Trainer to lead training for our front-line teams across multiple markets. The role includes designing and delivering the Technical Skills Academy and other programs, with 50–75% travel and time-office work when not traveling.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in trades, HVAC, construction or maintenance, and strong knowledge of adult learning principles, with proficiency in MS Office and Canva to create engaging content.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in general trades, HVAC, construction or maintenance.
• Knowledge of adult learning theories and L&D best practices.
• Experience delivering training across formats: classroom, virtual, on-the-job.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate skill-based curriculums for front-line employees.
• Develop training content aligned with best practices.
• Evaluate programs and measure impact with data.
• Collaborate with managers to identify learning needs.
• Leverage learning tech to boost engagement and retention.
