Progress Residential seeks a Workforce Development Trainer to deliver Technical Skills Academy and other programs for front-line teams. The trainer will travel 50%-75% and, when not traveling, work primarily in the office to design, deliver, and evaluate training across multiple formats.

The role requires extensive experience in trades and development of engaging learning content, with a focus on measurable outcomes and learner success.

Qualificações

• 6+ years’ experience in general trades, HVAC, construction and maintenance.
• Knowledge of adult learning theories and development best practices.
• Experience delivering training in multiple formats: classroom, virtual, on-the-job, synchronous, asynchronous.
• The ability to describe technical concepts in a way that is easily understandable.
• Technical aptitude and experience using learning technologies and tools.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate skill-based curriculums to support growth of front-line employees.
• Provide SME input in developing training content aligned with best practices.
• Develop relationships with Service Managers and market leaders to identify training needs.
• Evaluate current programs and suggest modifications to improve performance.
• Test learning technologies to improve engagement and outcomes.
• Gather learning data and analyze training effectiveness.
