Jobvite, Inc. is seeking a Technical Training Supervisor who will lead a team of Technical Trainers and train hands-on, covering installation, programming, troubleshooting, safety, maintenance, and repair.

The role requires up to 40% travel (including international), flexible scheduling, and occasional weekend sessions. You will manage course schedules, track progress, and ensure LMS usage aligns with department goals.

Qualifications

Associate degree in a technical discipline or adult learning theory with 5+ years of hands-on training experience.
Demonstrated technical aptitude and ability to develop effective instructional media solutions.
Experience certifying trainers for course delivery and managing training programs.

Responsibilities

Supervise training team, set goals, coach, review performance, and approve timesheets.
Certify Technical Trainers for course delivery.
Develop and conduct internal/external technical trainings across media.
Schedule trainings for new Field Service Technicians; provide progress feedback.
Develop tests to measure learning progress and training effectiveness.
Maintain course schedules and registrations for Kansas City classes.
Support non-technical trainings and training paths as needed.
Ensure effective LMS usage (SuccessFactors) and align with Training Manager goals.
