Job summary

Service Experts Heating & AC LLC is seeking a Training Operations Manager who will lead the operational infrastructure enabling Field Training to deliver programs timely. This role manages the national training calendar, capacity planning, mobile lab logistics, and LMS strategy.

You will translate strategy into scalable execution, provide visibility into training utilization, cost, and impact, and partner with the Program Lead on content decisions, governance, and dashboards.

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience in training operations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with LMS administration and training data.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to manage calendars, logistics, and cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with content governance and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the national field-training calendar and class capacity.
• Plan logistics for mobile labs, training centers, and travel.
• Establish service standards and governance for training operations.
• Oversee content-governance: curriculum inventory, publishing, archiving.
• Collaborate with Program Lead for content decisions and approvals.
• Create dashboards and reports on attendance, completion, KPIs.
• Analyze data to identify utilization gaps and scheduling conflicts.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and platforms; support vendor management.
• Support annual planning, budgeting, and expense tracking.
• Document and improve SOPs for scheduling, LMS admin, and records.
