Job summary

Nextech is seeking an Operations Training and Development Specialist to lead and coordinate essential training programs for the Service Operations team. You will oversee ASM, Dispatcher, RSM, and Integrations Training, and drive performance improvements through structured learning initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in developing and managing training programs.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and methodologies.
• Experience coordinating in-person and virtual training.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with LMS and content creation tools.
• Strong project management and Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Organizes, oversees, and attends ASM training events.
• Develops and oversees New Hire ASM training for promotions and hires.
• Plans and coordinates Integrations Training and Go Live training.
• Manages training logistics, assessments, and improvements with SMEs.
• Coordinates Dispatcher, RSM, and performance improvement training.
• Maintains LMS content with corporate Training Dept and ensures relevancy.
