Job summary

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning seeks a Manager, Field Operations to lead the Field Management team, setting objectives, priorities and deadlines to meet goals. You will guide supervisors and contributors, ensure service levels and customer satisfaction, and coordinate with clients and subcontractors for optimal operation.

The role requires strategic oversight, strong communication, and hands-on involvement in daily field activities. Travel up to 10% may be required as duties demand.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years HVAC experience.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work responsibilities.
• Ability to work independently and to instruct others.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills; protect confidential information.
• Proficient with computers including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Effective verbal and written communication with customers and service technicians.

Responsibilities

• Conduct strategic account review meetings with clients on total cost of ownership.
• Provide direction for CSRs and subcontractors to exceed customer expectations and meet SLAs.
• Promptly address customer complaints to ensure resolution and long-term relationships.
• Provide technical direction and review of equipment tasking, repair proposals, and replacements.
• Interview and vet new subcontractors.
• Monitor client territory coverage to meet SLAs.
