You will headhunt for skilled trades and leadership roles, partnering with Operations Managers across the US to diagnose hiring pain points and align recruitment with operational needs. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment, proven headhunting experience in industrial sectors, and strong skills with Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-life-cycle recruitment experience.
• Proven track record of headhunting skilled trades and management roles.
• Adaptable relationship-builder who can work remotely across time zones.
• Experience in industrial, logistics, blue-collar, or waste management sectors.
• Advanced proficiency with Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across different US regions.
• Proactively source diverse roles from frontline trades to regional management.
• Advise district leadership as a consultative partner.
• Align talent strategy with daily operational needs.
• Build sustainable pipelines for niche, critical roles nationwide.
• Maintain ATS integrity and provide market insights to leadership.
