Job summary

Gaylor Electric, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full cycle recruiting within a defined territory. You will partner with Operations Managers to forecast staffing needs, craft job descriptions, source candidates, and ensure a strong candidate experience.

You will manage relationships with local education partners, workforce programs, and community agencies, while measuring recruiting metrics and driving process improvements in a hybrid role with up to 25% travel.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree plus 5+ years recruiting experience in skilled trades, or 10+ years recruiting experience in skilled trades.

Responsibilities

Manage full cycle recruiting for a specific territory, main point of contact for candidates and hiring managers.
Lead workforce planning meetings with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and craft job descriptions.
Provide coaching and support to department managers through the hiring process.
Manage jobs, workflows, candidates, offers and reporting in the ATS.
Proactively source candidates via job boards, events, social media, and referrals.
Collaborate with management on process improvements and strategic recruiting programs.
Develop and update job descriptions as needed.
