Qualifications

• Proficient with ATS, Workday, and sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong communication and relationship-building in fast-paced environments.
• Experience navigating high-volume regional recruitment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end recruitment for field operations, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Partner with district leadership and operations to align recruitment with local workforce goals.
• Proactively source via diverse channels and local networks for high-volume roles.
• Elevate employer brand at local job fairs, events, and schools.
• Maintain ATS data integrity and share market insights with leadership.
