This senior role requires extensive experience with modern ATS (Workday) and LinkedIn Recruiter, with travel as needed to support regional teams and operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-life-cycle recruitment experience in diverse markets.
• Proven ability to headhunt skilled trades and management roles.
• Strong relationship-builder with remote collaboration skills.
• Experience recruiting in industrial, logistics, or waste management sectors.
• Proficient with Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing and ATS upkeep.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across US regions, prioritizing vacancies.
• Proactively source diverse roles from frontline trades to regional leadership.
• Advise district leadership as a consultative partner and build trust remotely.
• Align TA strategy with daily operational needs and support local management.
• Develop talent pipelines and use market intelligence for regional hiring trends.
• Maintain ATS integrity using Workday and monitor sourcing analytics.
