Qualifications

• 5+ years of senior-level recruitment management experience, especially in high-volume field or industrial hiring.
• Proven track record of leading and mentoring recruitment staff from entry-level to senior recruiters.
• Strong expertise with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases, including Workday.
